The KW Pharmacy is a community pharmacy located on University Avenue in Waterloo, near the corner of University and Weber. Our central location is easily accessible to students from both Wilfrid Laurier and the University of Waterloo, as well as residents of both Kitchener and Waterloo via Grand River Transit. We welcome all new patients and we look forward to exceeding your expectations of a community pharmacy!

The KW Pharmacy is independently owned but is a member of the Rexall Family of Pharmacies which means that we are uniquely positioned to effectively meet our patients’ needs. Being an independent pharmacy means that we have a small staff that you can easily get to know, while being part of the Rexall Family means that we have access to the most current resources available.

Each time you come into our pharmacy you can talk to the same pharmacist and have your prescriptions prepared by staff that you are familiar with. At the KW Pharmacy you aren’t just a patient, you are a friend and fellow member of the community and we are excited to assist you any way we can. Our staff is committed to ensuring that you receive the best medication therapy possible and we will work with you to make sure that your health is put first!
